In accordance with the directives of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009, and as mandated by the National Medical Commission (NMC), it is hereby ordered that the Anti-Ragging Committee of Kanak Nand Kishore College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences is constituted with immediate effect.
This committee is responsible for maintaining a ragging-free environment within the college campus, hostels, hospital premises, and any affiliated facilities.

• Ensure strict implementation of anti-ragging guidelines and surveillance
• Monitor student interaction, particularly between seniors and juniors.
• Conduct regular inspections in hostels, corridors, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Organize orientation and sensitization programs on anti-ragging laws and punishments.
•Receive and investigate complaints of ragging and recommend disciplinary action.
•Liaise with law enforcement authorities when necessary.

As per UGC/NMC guidelines, ragging is a criminal offence and may attract:
• Immediate suspension
• Expulsion from the institution
• FIR and criminal proceedings
• Cancellation of admission and debarring from future admission.
