This policy is applicable to all students, faculty, non-teaching staff, hospital personnel, and visitors within the premises of [Kanak Nand Kishore College of naturopathy and Yogic Sciences] and its affiliated hospital.
As per Section 4 of the SHW Act, 2013, the ICC shall be constituted as follows:

• Receive complaints of sexual harassment
• Conduct a fair, unbiased, and confidential inquiry
• Recommend appropriate action based on findings
• Submit annual reports to the Principal and UGC
• Organize awareness and sensitization workshops
•Complaints must be filed within 3 months of the incident (extendable to 6 months in certain circumstances)
• Written complaints to be addressed to the Presiding Officer, ICC
• The ICC will acknowledge within 7 working days and initiate an inquiry within 15 working days
• Both parties will be given equal opportunity to be heard
